How long does delivery take?
Every order is handcrafted to order. We need about 7–10 days to design and make your gift, plus 3–5 days for transit — so 10–15 days in total. Need it sooner for a special date? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to rush it.
Do you deliver across India? Is shipping free?
Yes — we deliver Pan-India and shipping is completely free on all orders. You'll receive tracking updates on WhatsApp once your order ships.
How does customisation work?
It's simple: pick a product, then upload your photos, names and message (or just share them with us on WhatsApp). Our designers create a custom layout and send you a free draft for approval. You can request changes until it's perfect — we only print after you say yes.
Will I see a design before it's printed?
Always. We share a free design draft before printing and only go ahead once you approve it, so there are no surprises.
What photos should I send for the best result?
Send the clearest, highest-resolution photos you have — bright, in-focus and not heavily filtered. Better source photos mean a better-looking final gift. You can upload them on the product page or send them on WhatsApp.
What payment methods do you accept? Do you offer COD?
We accept secure online payments — UPI, debit/credit cards, net-banking and wallets. For Cash on Delivery availability, please message us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Can I return or cancel a personalised order?
Because each item is custom-made with your photos and details, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. You can cancel within 2 hours of ordering (before production starts) for a full refund. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved draft, we offer a free replacement — just report it within 48 hours with clear photos.
How much do personalised gifts cost?
Our range starts from budget-friendly keychains and fridge magnets and goes up to premium personalised magazines (from ₹800). Most gifts fall in the ₹500–2,300 range. Personalisation is included — the price you see is the price you pay.
Can I order in bulk for an event or corporate gifting?
Yes! We love bulk and corporate orders. Visit our bulk order page or message us on WhatsApp with your quantity and timeline for a custom quote.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number, or check the WhatsApp updates we send at each stage — design, approval, printing and shipping.
