Terms & Conditions

1. General

By placing an order on Creative Dhraa (creativedhraa.in), you agree to these terms and conditions. Creative Dhraa is a personalized gifts brand based in Gwalior, India.

2. Products & Personalization

  • All products are custom-made based on your specifications and photos.
  • Product colors may slightly vary from screen displays due to printing processes.
  • We reserve the right to make minor design adjustments for quality purposes.
  • A draft/preview will be shared for your approval before final printing.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via Razorpay.
  • We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
  • Once an order is placed and payment is received, it enters production.

4. Photo Submission

  • You must submit the required number of photos within 24 hours of placing an order.
  • Photos can be shared via upload, Google Drive link, or WhatsApp.
  • Low-resolution or blurry photos may affect print quality — we will notify you if replacements are needed.
  • By sharing photos, you confirm you have the right to use them.

5. Delivery

  • Free delivery is available Pan India.
  • Standard delivery takes 10-15 business days from the date of photo submission.
  • Express delivery options may be available for select pin codes at additional cost.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect addresses.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if production has not started.
  • Once a draft has been shared or production has begun, cancellation is not possible.
  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days.

7. Refund & Exchange

  • Since all products are personalized, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
  • If the product received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
  • We will replace defective products at no additional cost.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, layouts, and creative content on this website are the intellectual property of Creative Dhraa. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.
